How To Shake A Bad Mood
Hello beautiful Create A Life You Love™ friends!
I’ve wanted to shake things up a bit with my blog and really find a way to give you more value, without the internet noise (you know what I’m talking about, right?)
So, you’ll see more short, video snippets from me with real-life advice and actionable tips to implement and help you gravitate more towards Creating A Life You Love™.
Today’s video comes from a question from a friend of mine that I think you’ll be able to relate to AND put this advice to use right away.
How to Shake A Bad Mood
I’d love to hear how this works for you! Please share in the comments, and pass along to those who you feel might also benefit.
Lots of Love,
Love this video :) Really needed to hear it and reinforce those things that really make all the difference in living a life of purpose and joy when things can get you down. Dancing with my doggies to some great music while thinking of all the people and things I’m grateful for in life changed my bad mood 180 degrees and made me so joyful and happy!!! Thank you Carmen for always shining light into things that make a true difference in a joyous life!!! <3 Intention, attention, no tension!! This is the key to no tension when living our purpose!!
Great tips and lovely/happy personality! Sometimes we only need a moment for ourself, pay attention on our body & mind/soul, cherish, breathe and smile.
Keep doing what you do! Congrats!
Aww, thank you Ema! “Cherish. breathe and smile” <3
Absolutely needed this RIGHT NOW Carmen thank you! (And thank you @lavendermorantz for sharing so that I saw this! love you!)
First, your calm spirit really helped me take a deep breath when I started feeling my body react to some stress and negative feelings. Then of course just the reminder that it’s OKAY to feel my feelings…wow! I was literally trying to push them down and tell myself that I’m being silly! When you’re in that resistant state it’s so hard to remember gratitude but it truly does become a habit when you employ it often (I also move into a time of prayer). When I’ve moved through all three of those steps another thing I like to do is reach out and encourage someone (through FB message, text, phone call, or in person…and of course in person is the best because you can really receive what the other person has to offer in terms of their energy’s response).
So good & thank you for the reminders!
Noell, it’s so easy to want to push your feelings down. So great that you are able to recognize that. And, yes! Reaching out and encouraging others is so wonderful! <3 Sending love. xo
