Please register asap, download the Zoom application now, and then arrive 10 min before the event — this will ensure a smooth entry and event for you and all participants. The event starts on the dot, with everything you need to know explained in the first few minutes as we drop in together for this fun, magical, and nourishing class.
What do you need?
- A computer, phone, or tablet with an internet connection
- A Zoom account (it’s free!)
- Clear a space (you only need as much as you would need personally in dance class). We’ll be moving both on the ground and standing up.
- Clothes you can move and sweat in, bare feet, a yoga mat + water. (Headphones are not needed — I just like this image ;-)
- You! And a desire to have fun, try new things, dance, release, and express!
